Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with hints of pale green. Fine and aromatic — elderberry, spearmint, sage, and basil, joined by yellow peach, nettle, and papaya. Full-bodied, elegant, and harmonious, with a mineral, slightly savory character and vibrant, long acidity.
Fun Fact: Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most widespread white grapes in the world, but Angoris's version — grown on the historical Stabili della Rocca cru — gives an aromatic wine with pronounced acidity and real personality.
