Tasting Notes: Light pink in hue, with a captivating nose of yeast, toast, candied fruit, and white flowers alongside herbal and pink-peppercorn notes. Ample and foamy on the palate, intense and fresh with balanced acidity and a lasting, fruit-forward finish.
Fun Fact: 100% Pinot Noir from a vineyard dedicated exclusively to this wine. Named after music lyrics, Chérie was created by founder Anne-Caroline Biancheri, who discovered the beautiful Vista Flores site while looking for land to raise her family.
