Tasting Notes: Beautiful old-gold robe. An engaging nose of ripe apple, yellow peach, dried fruit, apricot, and toasted almond. Generous and fleshy on the palate — a full-bodied, fragrant brut with a pleasant rusticity and good length, typical of Pinot Noir.

Fun Fact: The most famous of the Barbier-Louvet Champagnes — 100% Pinot Noir (a Blanc de Noirs) blended with 30-40% reserve wines, aged 18-24 months in the cellar. A pure reflection of the family's Côte des Noirs terroir.
