Tasting Notes: A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada, with crisp stone-fruit aromas and yeasty notes. Clean and fresh on the palate — apple and pear with vibrant acidity, well balanced through a medium finish with a touch of minerality.
Fun Fact: Produced by Cavas Masachs, a family estate in Torrelles de Foix that has been perfecting sparkling wine for four generations. Barcava is a custom cuvée — not a relabeled standard bottling — developed specifically as a "gastronomic" Cava, balanced enough to pour by the glass yet crisp enough for food pairing. It's aged on the lees for a minimum of twelve months, exceeding Cava's legal requirement.
