Tasting Notes: Citrus notes of tangerine and orange peel combine with rose, apple blossom, and peach blossom, alongside hints of strawberry and watermelon. Pale, with elegant pink "onion skin" reflections — lees contact and a portion fermented in concrete eggs add volume and creaminess without losing freshness, finishing clean and bright.

Fun Fact: Sourced from a single vineyard on the Las Dichas side of the Casablanca Valley, just 18 km from the Pacific, planted between 2006 and 2008 in red, iron-rich granitic soils. All fruit is hand-harvested.
