Tasting Notes: Aromatic notes typical of cold-climate Sauvignon — grapefruit, redcurrant, and cassis — complemented by fresh apple and peach pulp. Black tea leaf, mint, and anise linger alongside lemon and orange peel, with a soft, long acidity carrying an ample, persistent finish.
Fun Fact: Sourced from the Las Dichas vineyard at the westernmost end of the Casablanca Valley, where frequent morning fog and cool nights are ideal for aromatic whites. Winemaker Alberto Guolo crafts this cuvée from 100% night-harvested, machine-picked fruit.
