Fun Fact: Evergreen wines are sourced from Evergreen Vineyard near George, Washington — at roughly 1,200 acres, one of Washington State's largest vineyards, planted in 1997 above the Ancient Lake Coulee, where all topsoil was stripped clean off the bedrock to expose distinctive caliche, silt loam, and basalt soils.
