Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red with amber reflections. Notes of dried cherries, plums, and raisins accompanied by dark chocolate, tobacco, cinnamon, clove, and fine hints of leather and balsamic. Full-bodied and powerful, with concentrated fruit, silky tannins, and a long, warming finish.
Fun Fact: Made via the traditional Appassimento method — the grapes (Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella) are dried before fermenting. The Fidora family has been producing wine on the Venice mainland since 1927, and now farms Biodynamically across its 4th generation.
