Tasting Notes: A slightly ethereal perfume of red fruit and black cherry. Fine, harmonious, dry, and velvety on the palate — more structured and higher in alcohol than a standard Valpolicella, with lower acidity and marked roundness.

Fun Fact: Ripasso is made by re-fermenting Valpolicella wine in contact with the leftover Amarone lees for 15-20 days, then aging 24 months in French oak. The Fidora family has been producing wine on the Venice mainland since 1927.
