Nuanced with savory and chocolate elements and a distinctive spiced rum character on the finish, matured in 15% new French and American oak hogsheads.
Fun Fact: Sourced from a single vineyard block in Moppa, at the northernmost tip of the Barossa's western edge, planted in rich brown loam scattered with quartz over a vein of ancient iron, marble, and blue stone — the wine's name is a direct nod to this distinctive geology.
