Fun Fact: The grapes are estate-grown at Ironstone's Hay Station Ranch, 2,400 feet up in the Sierra Foothills, where decomposed granite and volcanic soil lend a distinct mineral character. The wine is aged 12 months in small French and American oak barrels.
