Fun Fact: Giovanni Tait migrated to Australia from Italy in 1957 to work as a cooper in the Barossa Valley — the Tait family has been in the wine barrel trade for over 100 years. He founded the winery with his sons, and it's still family-run today by Bruno and Michael Tait.
