Ventisquero Pinot Noir Reserve, from Casablanca Valley, Chile.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red with violet tones at the rim. An elegant bouquet dominated by fresh red berries — strawberries and raspberries — mingled with soft spice and a hint of vanilla from French oak. Refreshing and delicate-bodied, with good acidity, smooth tannins, and a silky mouthfeel that carries through to a persistent finish.
Fun Fact: Ventisquero means "glacier" in Spanish, a nod to Chile's icy Patagonian peaks. Twenty percent of this wine is aged in French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel to preserve its fruity character.
