Tasting Notes: A purity of green apple and ripe lemon combines with rich, complex maturity in this multi-vintage sparkling wine. Fine bubbles carry lots of toasty, biscuity autolysis from long lees-aging into a long finish.
Fun Fact: Wiston is a family-run, 16-acre estate on a south-facing chalk escarpment in West Sussex — the Goring family has owned the land since 1743, though the first vines weren't planted until 2006. Winemaker Dermot Sugrue has led WineGB to name Wiston Winery of the Year four separate times.
